Lochlea Distillery, celebrated for its independence and creativity, partnered with Overtone Brewery to craft this exceptional whisky.

Overtone matured their inaugural double mash stout in casks provided by Lochlea—comprising three bourbon barrels, two STR barriques, and one Oloroso sherry butt—for six months.

After this period, the casks were returned to Lochlea, where they were filled with the distillery’s core expression, ‘Our Barley,’ and left to mature for an additional year.

The result is Lochlea’s first-ever ‘Stout Cask Finish,’ a testament to the harmonious blend of brewing and distilling expertise.
