Fisherman’s Retreat Edition 12 is the birth of a mighty Single Malt Whisky.
Spirit from the Glasgow Distillery has been placed in hand-selected first-fill Sancerre wine barrels for over 3 years and finished for a further 4 months in one mighty Oloroso sherry butt from Cadiz.
From hand selecting and transporting these casks from winery to distillery, we have been involved in every step of this whiskies life and we couldn’t be more proud of what has been achieved.
This might only be a youngster in the whisky world but it’s one hell of a dram!
