One of four official bottlings from the Craigellachie distillery released in 2014 (after a long time of seeing very few official bottlings of theirs). The 23 year old is the oldest of the bunch, bringing plenty of bold fruit, complex herbs, refined oak and a touch of sulphur. The oldest in the range of Craigellachie single malts, first released in 2014. The distillery is known for its meaty character, and the 23-year-old is sweet and fruity, with an almost herbal spiciness. Awarded the prestigious title of Best Whisky in Show at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2015.
