Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve #4

For the fourth of Filey Bay’s annual autumn/winter Sherry Cask Reserve series, Whisky Director Joe married together three cask types from the warehouse. Ex-Moscatel casks bring floral softness, ex-Oloroso casks add nutty complexity, and the ex-PX casks round it off with rich sweetness.
