Gifted winemaker Norbert Buchonnet has carefully selected prime plots of Pinot Noir. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to highlight all the fruit aromas and to extract the softest tannins.
This is a fruity medium bodied-wine with aromas of red berries. The mouth is round and supple with notes of redcurrant and blackberry. Delicious with red meat, poultry, cheese and fresh fruit tarts.
