This distillery character is certainly it’s great strength as it has proved to be a popular dram since it this whisky was released. Big, very pure and typically modern Ardbeg characteristics of big coastal qualities, green, oily and very smoky peat notes along with a sweet medicinal intensity. Great latter day Ardbeg that shows what a great distillate this still is.
