Dailuaine 2102 Year of the Dragon (Cask 5052)

The heavy duty spirit from Dailuaine works beautifully well when paired with sherry cask maturation and this release exceeds expectations. In the glass it shows rich notes of prune, medjool dates, stewed orchard fruit and Iberico ham.
