St Magdalene 1982 was distilled in 1982 and bottled in 2001. Founded in 1895 Gordon & MacPhail have been bottling single malt whiskies for 120 years and by the 1950s they held the largest range of bottled malt whiskies in the world. This family run business have bottled the oldest single malt whisky in the world as well as being distillers themselves after buying Benromach in 1993.
